Arthur F. Anton

Arthur F. Anton has served as a member of our Board since February 2021. Mr. Anton worked at Swagelok Company, a manufacturer of fluid system solutions, from 1998 to 2019. He served in various roles over the years including Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2019, with the last four serving as Chairman. Prior to joining Swagelok, Mr. Anton was a Partner at Ernst & Young, where he led the Midwest financial services practice. He currently serves on the boards of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Diebold Nixdorf, Inc., SunCoke Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SXC), Union Home Mortgage and Great Lakes Cheese. Mr. Anton earned his B.S. in Economics and Accounting from City University of New York and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
